Our light-flooded 90m² fitness room with direct access to the garden is open daily from 08:00am to 08:00pm. The training area is equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment: 1 Skillrow, 1 Stepper, 1 treadmill, 1 seated exercise bike, 2 spinning bikes, various exercise machines for different body exercises, several fitness mats, various dumbbells and skill tools.
To make your workout easier, there is of course the right music to go with it, as well as a drinks station with fresh fruit and fruit water for those little breaks in between.
In addition, our active guide will take you into the mountains and show you the most beautiful places in the Puster Valley and the Dolomites. From guided hikes to guided bike tours - there is certainly something for everyone.
