Your holiday at Hotel Schönblick
BICYCLES
Various bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. There is a charge of € 20.00 for the e-bikes. You can get the keys for the bikes at the reception.
CHANGE OF BED LINEN
Your bed linen will be changed every 4-5 days. Should you wish to have an additional change, you will find a card in your room upon arrival, which you can leave on the bed.
CHECK-IN
We ensure that the room will be ready by 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival. In case you arrive before the room is ready, your bags can be deposited at the reception.
CHECK-OUT
You may settle the bill on the morning of departure from 8:00 am or the night before from 9:00 pm.
Please leave your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know! We will be happy to check the possibility of a late check-out until 6:00 pm. The cost is € 70.00 per person with the room or € 35.00 per person without the room. Kids until 14 years receive a discount of 50%.
CHILDREN'S PLAYROOM
In our play room, open daily from 8am till 9pm, your little ones have the opportunity to make friends and romp about as much as they like. The garden behind the hotel offers a playground with slide and sandpit in the summer; in the winter this is the ideal spot to build snowmen and igloos or to start a snowball fight.
CITYBUS
The Citybus stop (Reiperting) to Brunico is located at a distance of 20 m from the hotel (departure every 30 minutes).
FLOWERS AND SURPRISES FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Upon request, we will be happy to arrange for you in your room: a bouquet with your favorite flowers, a bottle of prosecco, a romantic decoration with rose petals, and much more... communicate your wishes and requests a day or two in advance to the reception desk.
LAUNDRY
Do you have laundry to wash after an active day? No problem. Simply put your dirty laundry in the bag provided, fill out the laundry list, and leave it on the bed. Our industrious maids will take care of it within 24 hours.
LUNCH PACKAGE
If necessary, you can order a lunch package at the reception and take it with you on excursions or instead of breakfast.
MINIBAR
In each room there is a minibar with mineral water (3€ per bottle) which is refilled on a daily basis.
NEWSPAPERS
We will be happy to source the desired daily newspaper for you. Just report it to the front desk! The newspaper will then be on your breakfast table promptly at 08:00 am.
PARKING
You can park your car in front of the hotel or in the underground garage. From the outside, the garage door opens with the room card. To exit the garage, no card is needed because the gate opens automatically.
PETS
Your pet is also welcome here.
Your pet has access to the garden, the lobby and our bar. However we kindly ask you to not access the restaurant, the breakfast area and the spa area with your dog.
RATINGS AND SUGGESTIONS
We would like to spoil you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you have ideas and suggestions for changes for us, we would be delighted.
We will remedy any deficiencies immediately - please let us know.

ROOM CLEANING
Your room will be cleaned daily between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Our maids are very concerned about your well-being, but if something is missing or not working, please report it to the reception.
SHUTTLE
Our shuttle runs daily in winter from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm between the hotel and the valley station.
SKI AND SNOWBOARD RENTAL
At our partner Rentasport Kronplatz, directly at the foot of the Plan de Corones ski lifts, you will receive -10% on your ski equipment with our advantage card. You can get the advantage card at the reception.
SKIPASS
Do you want to go straight to the slopes in the morning and avoid the long lines at the lift ticket office? Then it is best to get your ski pass directly at the front desk.
Payment is by credit or debit card (except American Express).
SKIROOM
The skiroom is located in the garage and can be opened with the room card. There is also a boot dryer available.
SKI SCHOOL
Do you want to learn to ski or improve your technique? Then book your individual or group course with our partner ski school.
