Reservation
Terms and conditions

Arrival:
The rooms are ready for you after 3pm. Please notify us in advance if you should arrive after 8pm, otherwise your reservation expires despite deposit.

 

Departure:
On departure day we urge you to leave the room by 11am. Should you want to keep your room longer, we charge an extra €50 upon availability.

 

Reservation:
A reservation is binding upon receipt of a written confirmation. With receipt of the confirmation, the guest declares to agree with the reservation conditions.

 

Deposit:
The deposit via credit card (Master, Amex, Visa or Paypal) amounts to 30 % of the total price of your stay and confirms your booking. Deposits can be made as well via our website or via bank transfer: Sparkasse Bruneck - IBAN: IT30W0604558240000000884000 - SWIFT: CRBZIT2B070

 

Payment:
Please note that according to Italian law we can accept cash payments with a maximum of €2,999.00.

 

Cancellation:
Cancellations need to be communicated in writing and are only valid with a written response and confirmation from our side. Without cancellation insurance, the cancellation fees of our reservation conditions apply (according to the GTC of the hospitality industry). The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. Cancellations need to be communicated in writing and are only valid with a reconfirmation from our side. In absence of a travel cancellation insurance, the cancellation fees of our reservation conditions apply (according to the GTC of the hospitality industry).

 

Cancellations are free up to three months before arrival; otherwise the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Three to one month before arrival: 40% of the booking price
  • One month to one week before arrival: 70% of the booking price
  • One week before arrival: 90% of the booking price
  • When cancelling a package deal, we charge 100% of the total price

Cancellation Insurance:
You can take up a cancellation insurance directly when booking. The amount depends on the total price of your holiday and can be transferred together with the deposit. Find here further information about our travel cancellation insurance: Schönblick Travel Insurance.

 

Last Minute and Package Deals:
In case of early departure or late arrival or in case of cancellation of a last minute or package deal, we charge the total price (100%).

 

No discounts during the main season:
All kinds of discounts and special offers are excluded during the main seasons such as Christmas, carnival and mid-August.

 

Single Room Surcharge:
+€20 per day; when using a double room as a single room the surcharge amounts to +50% of the respective category.

 

Room with Breakfast:
-€10 per person per day off the price of the respective category; skipped meals cannot be deducted or claimed for in form of lunch packages.

 

Change your booking into ¾ board on site:
+€35 per person and day.

 

Pets:
are not allowed, sorry!

 

Tourist Tax:
The communal tourist tax of €2.10 per person (over 14 years) per day is paid on site and needs to be added to the above prices.
