Arrival:
you are welcome to check in any time after 3 pm.Should you · need a late check in (after 8 pm),
please inform the reception inadvance.
If you fail to do so, your reservation will expire together with yourdeposit.
Departure:
we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am. Ifyou would like to stay with us longer,
we charge a supplement of € 50,depending on our availability.
For late checkouts without notification wecharge a full day.
Deposit:
Hotel bookings can be guaranteed and are valid onlyupon receipt of the deposit.
Through the deposit the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with thebooking conditions.
reservations up to 3 nights: 100 € per room - reservations from 4 up to 7nights: 200 € per room
and for reservations of more than 7 nights: 300 € per room.
Payments may be made via our internet page with Master and Visacards or via bank transfer.

Insurance:
you can book a travel insurace through the hotel. The insurance premium
is 5% of the total costs of your vacation. For more information, please click on this link: Schönblick-insurance
Cancellation:
Without insurance, the cancellation penalties will bethe following, according to art. 1382+1341 of the
Italian Civil Law:cancellation 4 week before arrival : loss of the deposit cancellation
from 15 to 8 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total costs, cancellations less than 8 days
before before the arrival date: 70% of the total cost of your booking will be charged.
Early check-outs and late check-ins: 70% of the totalcost of your booking.
Cancellations are only valid if they are made in writingand they also must be re-confirmed from the hotel.
Package & Last Minute offers:
If you book a package holiday and youshould leave early or arrive late, you will be liable for the whole cost
of thepackage price. If you cancel a package or last minute holiday we willcharge 100% of the total costs.
Short stays:
for reservations of less than 4 nights, we charge a supplementof 15 € per person and day.
Pets: unfortunately there are not allowed.
Simple and Standard rooms: are located in the preexistent wing built in 1987.
Supplement for single rooms:
have a supplement of € 20 per day ~ double rooms for single use: + 50% of the booked roon category
Bed & Breakfast only: - € 10 per and person, of each price category.
Meals which have not been consumed may not be exchanged for lunch packs or adiscount.
Change into 3/4 board:
if you canhge your reservation from bed &breakfast into 3/4 board
during your stay the supplement will be 25 - 35€ per person
