BOOKING CONDITIONS

Supplement for single rooms: double rooms for single use have a supplement of Euro 20.- per day

Bed & Breakfast only: - € 10 per and person, of each price category.

Meals which have not been consumed may not be exchanged for lunch packs or a discount.

Change of your reservation from bed&breakfast to 3/4 board during your stay the supplement will be 25 - 35€ per person

Arrival:
You are welcome to check in any time after 3 pm. Should you · need a late check in (after 8 pm), please inform the reception in advance. If you fail to do so, your reservation will expire together with your deposit.

Departure:
We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am. If you would like to stay with us longer, please inform the reception in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. For late checkouts without notification we charge a full day.

Deposit:
reservations up to 3 nights: 100 € per room
reservations from 4 up to 7 nights: 200 € per room and for
reservations of more than 7 nights: 300 € per room.

Hotel bookings can be guaranteed and are valid only upon receipt of the deposit. Through the deposit the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with the booking conditions.

Short stays: for reservations of less than 4 nights, we charge a supplement of 15 € per person and day.

Pets: unfortunately there are not allowed.

New Year’s Eve: for the celebrations with live music in our hotel and gala dinner we charge a supplement of 50 € per person (obligatory)

Package holidays cannot be paid for with a credit card.

If you book a package holiday and if you ahould leave early or arrive late, you will be liable for the cost of the whole week.

Simple and Standard rooms are located in the preexistent wing built in 1987.

Cancellation insurance: you can use this service through us. Please contact the Hotel directly for more information.

Without insurance, the cancellation penalties will be the following, according to art. 1382+1341 of the Italian Civil Law: cancellation 4 week before arrival : loss of the deposit
cancellation from 15 to 8 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total costs, cancellations less than 8 days before before the arrival date: 70% of the total cost of your booking will be charged.
Early check-outs and late check-ins: 70% of the total cost of your booking.
If you cancel a package holiday we will charge 100% of the penalties.

Cancellations are only valid if they are made in writing and they also must be reconfirmed from the hotel.

Singles with children (staying at least 4 nights)

There are no reductions for singles in the following periods:
