REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN
Children sharing a room with 2 full paying adults will receive the following discounts:
0 – 3,99 years . € 25 per day
4 - 10,99 years: - 50% per day
11 - 13,99 years: - 20% per day
from 14 years on a sofabed: - 10% per day SINGLES WITH KIDS
Singles with children (staying at least 4 nights) and children sharing a room with 1 full paying adult:
0 – 10,99 years: - 40% per day
11 - 13,99 years: - 20% per day
14 - 15,99 years: - 10% per day
There are no reductions for singles in the following periods: from 24.12.2010 until 07.01.2011
and from 05.03.2011 until 11.03.2011

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Supplement for single rooms: Simple or Standard rooms: + € 10 per day - Comfort room: + €20 per day
De Luxe room: + 50% of the daily room price.
Bed & Breakfast only: - € 10 per and person, of each price category.
Meals which have not been consumed may not be exchanged for lunch packs or a discount.
Change of your reservation from bed&breakfast to 3/4 board during your stay the supplement will be Euro 25 - 35 per person
Arrival: you are welcome to check in any time after 3 pm. Should you · need a late check in (after 8 pm), please inform the reception in advance.
If you fail to do so, your reservation will expire together with your deposit.
Departure: we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am. If you would like to stay with us longer, please inform the reception in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. For late checkouts without notification we charge a full day.
Deposit: Hotel bookings can be guaranteed and are valid only upon receipt of the deposit.
Through the deposit the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with the booking conditions.
reservations up to 3 nights: 100 € per room - reservations from 4 up to 7 nights: 200 € per room and for reservations of more than 7 nights:
300 € per room. Payments may be made via our internet page with Master and Visa cards or via bank transfer.

Short stays: for reservations of less than 4 nights, we charge a supplement of 15 € per person and day.
Pets: unfortunately there are not allowed.
Package holidays: cannot be paid for with a credit card, but with a bank card, cheque or in cash. If you book a package holiday and if you should leave early or arrive late, you will be liable for the cost of the whole week.
Simple and Standard rooms are located in the preexistent wing built in 1987.
Cancellation insurance: you can use this service through us. Please contact the Hotel directly for more information.
Without insurance, the cancellation penalties will be the following, according to art. 1382+1341 of the Italian Civil Law: cancellation 4 week before arrival : loss of the deposit cancellation from 15 to 8 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total costs, cancellations less than 8 days before before the arrival date: 70% of the total cost of your booking will be charged. Early check-outs and late check-ins: 70% of the total cost of your booking.
If you cancel a package holiday we will charge 100% of the penalties.
Cancellations are only valid if they are made in writing and they also must be re-confirmed from the hotel. | |
